We are pleased to have participated in the creation of HarvardX’s MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) entitled ‘The Health Effects of Climate Change‘, which went live on 02 Jan 2019. We gratefully acknowledge the generous participation of Tiene Tooki Kanoua and Karlos Lee Moresi – Permanent Secretaries of Health for Kiribati and Tuvalu, respectively – whose video interviews on Mental Health and Migration, Preparing Tuvalu for Climate Change, and Improving Water Security in Kiribati comprise important parts of the course’s ‘Migration’ unit.
Our Projects
Prospect Mira is a non-profit organisation comprised of creative academics and communications professionals who are passionate about sustainable development.
At the heart of our approach is using research – presented compellingly – to help organisations like UNDP and SPREP communicate what their projects are doing to support communities and individuals adapt to climate change around the world.
Our hope is that through this information we can advocate for change, raise awareness and support sustainable development efforts.
