Sectoral Video: Part 1 of 3

Sectoral Video: Part 1 of 3

Following field visits to eleven Pacific island countries over four years, many months of writing/research/post-production, and extensive co-ordination with partner IGOs and talent agents, Prospekt Mira is pleased to announce the release of the first video in a three-part series dealing with sectoral responses to climate change in the Pacific.

Our favourite scientist, Neil deGrasse Tyson, graciously served as the narrator for all three videos. This video was a collaboration between Prospekt Mira staff, the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme Pacific Adaptation to Climate Change (SPREP-PACC), the United Nations Development Programme, the Global Environment Facility, and the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID).

The video is available on the UNDP-Adaptation Learning Mechanism (UNDP-ALM) YouTube Channel. UNDP has also translated the video into French, as “Le Changement Climatique dans le Pacifique – Le Littoral”; the French-subtitled version is on the UNDP YouTube Channel.
